National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach

When I started working with Paula my focus was on appreciating each day and "living in the moment". Along the way it turned into a journey of positive nutritional changes and learning a lot about how important sleep is for our overall health!

I have a huge praise for Paula Gale, Health Coach. She was recommended to me by a good friend...and she has become a friend of sorts through our work together. Where to start?...
About 18 months ago, I was on the verge of taking medication for what I thought was an autoimmune disease. It turned out to be a case of being gluten-intolerant.
My first session with Paula was challenging: I thought our first "talk" would be our last. But something happened as I kept talking and working with her. I found that I could relate to her own story in a way that allowed me to inspect what was going on in me. That's the way Paula works: extremely personable and relatable as well as being very professional. She surprised me with how intuitive she is on picking up on my truth as I was trying to sort through it myself. Paula has wisdom, insight, and a genuine care for helping others. I believe whole heartedly she was put on this Earth to help others just as she has and continues to help me.
OK, let me give you some numbers. I have lost 41 pounds since working with Paula nearly10 months ago. I'm off my prescription acid reflux medication. And, according to my PCP, I won't need to take my blood pressure medication as well as my cholesterol medication before next year.
So, if you are looking for a passionate Health Coach who loves what she does and is fantastic at it, look no further than Paula. Thank you Paula for everything you've done and for your continued passion in your job. You have been a pleasure and a joy to work with and I wish you have continued future success!

Excited about my journey
I was at my highest weight ever when I started this journey 249 lbs. I had a health scare that started with losing vision in one eye and feeling faint. After test, all clear and resulted in being on blood pressure medication. I also had a relative to gently ask if i was happy with my weight It's been a rough couple of years personally with multiple family members passing. I share because I've been trying on and off for many years but in the last 5 years the trying resulted in a 24 lb increase. During the Pandemic my friend Mike started to loose weight I asked how and called the coach he was working with named Paula. When I tell you she's the best, I mean it she listens, she cares and she brings out the best in me. There is just something about having support thar is comforting to my soul. I think its the accountability for me because when i struggle she's there to push me to do better. She encourages me to reframe the way i think about Self-care. When I say I recommend her highly, I mean I think everyone needs a Coach Paula in their corner.
Update down 23 lbs since August.2021 My hands have shrunk and my joints no longer ache. My shoes are comfortable and I wear a size 7 1/2 to 8 instead of 9. I have lost so many inches in my waist and I'm losing my favorite asset (my butt is shrinking) My clothes fit so much better. I have so much more energy.
For me it's a lifestyle change I move at least 30 min 5 times a week usually more. This includes jogging, walking dancing with weights and biking. I was already vegetarian (but made many unhealthy choices) now I'm vegan/,pescatarian (no eggs/ dairy). I still eat salmon and fish for omega 3 and it helps with my mood The biggest change has been mostly no sugar, no fried food or white starches. I was also reminded to drink more water and i drink my 64 oz of water daily. It all started to click. I make a lot of substitution for some of my favorites. Since it's a lifestyle i also eat what i crave occasionally in moderation After all this time it's finally working. Thank you Coach Paula.
